Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your pre-install service visit and install service appointment within 48 hours of the install date without giving any reason for doing so. Your pre-install service fee will be fully refunded to the original payment method that was used for the service order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision to cancel the install service by e-mail sayhello@toolboxguys.com

We will refund you no later than 7-10 business days from the day on which we receive email/phone call notice of the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for refund:
  • You sent an email to cancel your pre-install or service install appointment within 48 hours of the appointment date.

  • We determine (in our sole discretion) during the pre-install visit or install appointment that we are unable to complete your install service.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion for the following reasons.

  • The pre-install visit or install appointment were not cancelled within 48 hours of the install date.

  • No one sent an email to request a cancellation.

  • Customer was not at home when the technician arrived for the pre-install visit or the install appointment.

  • No adult present at the customer address when the technician arrived.
